The nature of our balloon arrangements is temporary and fragile

• Always handle the balloon gently
• Only lift the balloon by the box base and keep as flat as possible
• Keep sharp objects away from the balloon
• Keep out of direct sunlight
• Keep out of air conditioning

Please note that sometimes during transportation, the contents inside the balloon can move around slightly.

Since stand time cannot be guaranteed and the balloons are affected by temperature and external factors beyond our control, we recommend the recipient is given the balloon arrangement within 12 hours of collection to ensure optimal balloon quality. 

Please ensure you have provided us with the correct spelling for your personalization details. Gifts by Flo is not responsible, and a redo fee will be applied If you have provided us with the incorrect details. 

If your arrangement includes any personalized glassware or bottles, please 

• Hand Wash only 
• Do not use in the microwave or dishwasher
• Do not scrub
• Do not soak

If your arrangement includes a personalized clothing or accessories, please 

• Do not dry clean
• Wash and dry garments inside out
• Dry on a low/tumble setting or hang dry
• Do not iron directly onto the design
• Choose cold water temperature setting 

Gifts By Flo delivers to Bergen County between 8am-6pm six days a week for a flat rate of $10. We can also deliver to select surrounding suburbs and outside of business hours for an additional fee.

Due to the fragile and perishable nature of the balloons we recommend someone is present to collect the arrangement. We will leave the arrangement unattended in a safe place if there is no one to collect. Gifts By Flo will not be held liable for any theft, damage, losses should this occur. 

If you provide a phone number at check out, you will receive a text to be notified once the gift has been delivered.

Gifts By Flo will not be held responsible for any incorrect deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If you provide us with incorrect or insufficient addresses an additional delivery fee will be charged, if we are required to redo the arrangement and deliver on another day an extra redo fee will also be applied. 

Our stuffed balloons cannot be shipped. 

Always pop under adult supervision.

Use the provided popping pin to pop the balloon.

Choking hazard - the balloons may contain small and sharp objects not for children under 10 years or any individuals who tend to place inedible objects in their mouths. 

Food products that Gifts by Flo provides may contain nuts. All clients and their recipients are encouraged to read the labels before consuming. Gifts by Flo will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed including labeled and unlabeled food products. 

Latex may cause an allergic reaction to some people.

Gifts by Flo reserves the right to include a business card and/or insert card inside each gift.  We also reserve the right to publish finished products on all our social media accounts. 

Once the order has been placed, refunds WILL NOT be available. 

Should you wish to cancel your order, we require a minimum of 48-hours, and a store credit will be issued for any cancellations. Store credit is only valid for up to six months. 

We may be able to make changes to the pickup/delivery date with a 24-hour notice. Please contact us if you wish to make such changes. 

Customers hereby accept all these conditions stated and agree to hold harmless without liability Gifts by Flo and all principal, owners or employees from any injury, allergies, illnesses, choking or property damage alleged to be caused by popping balloons.
